Apply it generously on the scalp and leave overnight for two shampoos the next morning.

5. The hair scrub

The hair scrub helps revive the activity of the scalp.

It helps to make the scalp healthier and better stimulated and, therefore, to grow hair faster to make it stronger and brighter.

After a scrub, the hair is also better prepared to accommodate other care.

6. The nettle

Nettle regulates sebum production of oily scalps but also stimulates hair growth, thanks to its vitamin B content in magnesium and iron, essential trace elements for the hair.

Applied directly to the hair as an infusion, it is used in a rinse lotion after shampooing.

7. Green tea

Hair loss is often caused by iron deficiency.

Food should be reviewed and foods and drinks rich in iron are preferred. This is particularly the case of green tea, with a high iron content, which, at a rate of 3 cups a day will bring strength and vigor to the hair.

8. Cutting the hair on the night of a full moon

According to some beliefs, the full moon would be the best time to cut hair because the positive effects of lunar rays would stimulate their growth and make them more beautiful and resistant.

If the thesis is not proven, cutting the hair, whatever the period, makes them breathe and stimulates their regrowth.
