After oxygen, water is the most important element for our life. It is indispensable to all our vital processes.

A study conducted in 2009 at Tufts University on a team of men and women with equal physical conditions showed that during a sports activity, candidates who have not drunk water are quickly tired, aggressive, tense and depressed.

9. You have dry skin
If you have dry skin even while spreading moisturizer, this may be a sign of dehydration.
Healthy skin is well-hydrated skin.

10. The skinfold test
Pinching a piece of skin (on the back of the hand or on the arm for example) allows a quick diagnosis of the hydration level of the person tested.
Indeed, the persistence of a fold in the skin after pinching between two fingers reflects the lack of elasticity of the skin due to dehydration.
